Construction Development Retaining Wall

The scope for this private residence included custom twin trellises framing a revitalized pool, deck with new seat walls, planting, and expanded paving as well as a new motorcourt, reimagining of an existing trellis, new fire pit area with custom granite-topped fire pit, Ipe wood pedestrian “bridge” through a riverstone bed to receive site drainage and large seating boulders, all accented with a 200’ long decorative retaining wall that emphasizes the extended pastoral lawn. Extensive plantings that mix woody ornamentals, trees and herbaceous plants provide a luxury old world English estate aesthetic.
